Maintain the reports necessary to measure corrections activity and revenue recovery. Complete Customer Profiles as directed by the Billing Department. Ensure all corrections are issued in a timely manner to minimize the number of corrected invoices to our customers. Utilization of all current NMFC provisions including Rules and Packaging. Ability to explain and document classification corrections for all involved parties.   Perform other duties as assigned. Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location.

Communicate on a regular basis status of accounts and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal and external personnel regarding the flow of funds and best practices to maximize float. • Maintain and develop banking relationships around the world as deemed necessary. Provide ongoing evaluation of efficiencies and effectiveness of banking/cash flow environment. • Select and maintain relationships with collection agencies and credit monitoring services. Compliance, Control and Systems • Provide ongoing evaluation of internal controls over cash cycle and banking. • Analyze, prioritize, and develop controls to establish and ensure alignment of credit to mitigate the risk of failure to pay by Customers (new and existing). • Manage the collection process to ensure past due accounts are resolved in a timely manner, bad debt is recognized as appropriate, and that write offs of accounts receivable are minimized. • Ensure the Accounts Receivable process provides timely and accurate application of cash to satisfy customer requirements as well as meet the objectives of Red Wing Shoe Company's cash management goals. • Keep current on bankruptcy laws, cash and credit processes to provide guidance to the company, minimize risks and avoid legal consequences. • Maintain systems to accurately apply credit limits, discounts, interest charges and accurate receivable balances. Lead efforts to test and implement changes to the system as they impact invoicing, statements, credit and receivables. Manage Resources • Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
